We would like to thank you for visiting CommunityBibleTriCities.org. Community Bible Church is an independent fellowship of believers. Our supreme desire is to get people into the Word so that they can carry it into the world. We have chosen our name because of its significance biblically.

Community suggests both genuine fellowship with our church family and an open door to those around us. As members of one body, we seek to preserve the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace (Ephesians 4:3). As a light in our community, we are a place of peace for those living in chaos, a place of forgiveness for those who are guilty, and a place of hope for the hopeless in desperate need of the gospel of Christ.

Bible is likewise significant because it is central to who we are. We believe the Bible is the very Word of God and that it is infallible and inerrant, giving us everything we need for life and godliness, equipping every true believer for every good work (Psalm 19:7–11; 2 Peter 1:3; Ephesians 4:11–16). Because the Bible is living and active, we believe the Scriptures are relevant and authoritative for every generation and that they are sufficient for the issues one faces in this life and the life to come.

Church, however, is paramount because of its absolute and utter uniqueness. While “Community” and “Bible” are words that define what we're about, God, as revealed in His Word, mandated “Church” (Matthew 16:18). It is His designation for the assembly of people called out by His name.
